A PRAG Training conducted for staff of the National Authorizing Officer (NAO) in Liberia, under the Ministry of Finance & Development Planning (MFDP) as identified and facilitated by the LTTA Team Leader. emphasis of the training focus was targeted at improving the capacity of the personnel in the NAO (Programme Officers), directly involved in the implementation of 11th EDF projects in Liberia. The main purpose of the training was to create more understanding of the procurement procedures and management of Projects, funded under the 11th EDF with respect to the PRAG (Practical Guide on EDF Regulations) and Practical Guide to Procedures for Programme Estimates. The acquired knowledge is expected to boost their knowledge and skills, which will in turn lead to improvements in the implementation of the specific projects they monitor on a regular basis. The training-workshop ran from 26th – 28th February 2020 at Buchanan Hotel in Buchanan City – Liberia
