Mission of NAO

To ensure an efficient and vibrant National Authorising Office where resources from the EDF are properly managed taking accountability, transparency, teamwork and professional competence as core values in the driving process. An NAO office where staffs are clothed with Competence, Integrity and Commitment (CIC).

Vision of the ONAO

An efficient NAO through sound development planning, programme monitoring and strategic sector partnership, coordination and management of the European Development Fund.

Strategy

•    Building professional who are exceptional contributors to the institution.

•    Upholding the tenants of the Revised Cotonou Partnership Agreement (2010).

•    Upholding strong administrative values and processes.
